Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Partnerships Director.

Must be able to:

• Evaluate progress with partners and develop or align strategies accordingly
• Determine and help develop the digital tools and data the partnership managers will need to be successful
• Help to incentivize scale at partners, ensuring that each partner is serving at least 400 students annually

Qualifications for this position include:

• Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple types of partnerships
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable partnership management experience
• 3-5 years of experience successfully managing a team across multiple locations
• Professional demeanor with exceptional ability to establish credibility with executives
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with high level of attention to detail in tasks and interactions
