Must be able to:

• Perform Evidence-Of-Use studies by analyzing products
• Maintain proficiency with commercial patent databases
• Strategically perform searches relating to patentability

Position Requirements Include:

• Computer Science and Information Sciences experience
• Business Methods experience
• U.S. citizens or work eligible legal resident; 2+ years residency
• Computer running Windows Vista, 7, 8 or Mac 10.5+
• A Reliable, High Speed Internet connection
• Appropriate phone line and voicemail for business communication
