Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Patents and Operations Specialist Senior Paralegal in Morrisville.

Must be able to:

• Develop and manage patent budget and corresponding filing plans forworld wide SEP operations
• Assist with on-boarding and training new staff members
• Prepare and obtain required signatures for patent portfolio documentation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 10 years of combined US and foreign paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate setting
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with precision and accuracy
