Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Patient Access Application Analyst in the Gulf Coast Region.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues, solve end user problems, and optimize applications
- Support and maintenance of existing systems and applications
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 1+ years experience building and maintaining Cerner Millennium Access Management applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the Java and the Win32 scheduling platforms and experience with patient portals
- Experience working as an intermediary between technical and non-technical teams
