Job Summary

A not-for-profit healthcare system has an open position for a Telecommute Patient Account Call Center Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Make contact with patient/guarantors/insurance through inbound and outbound calls
  • Answer any questions/concerns in order to exhaust/resolve all internal efforts to collect on self pay and insurance residual accounts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School or GED
  • Minimum two years customer service or collections experience
  • Six months experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems
  • Data entry skills
