Job Summary
A not-for-profit healthcare system has an open position for a Telecommute Patient Account Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Make contact with patient/guarantors/insurance through inbound and outbound calls
- Answer any questions/concerns in order to exhaust/resolve all internal efforts to collect on self pay and insurance residual accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School or GED
- Minimum two years customer service or collections experience
- Six months experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Data entry skills
