Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Patient Account Representative in Bedford.

Must be able to:

• Refer calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must be able to attend onsite training for 60-90 days in Irving, Texas
• High School or GED preferred
