Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Patient Billing Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service
  • Following call center scripts and member requirements when handling patient calls
  • Identifying patient needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrate core customer service competencies, such as active listening, empathy and other de-escalation tactics
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced call center environment
  • Adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable
  • 1 year of customer service call center experience
