Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Patient Billing Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service
- Following call center scripts and member requirements when handling patient calls
- Identifying patient needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrate core customer service competencies, such as active listening, empathy and other de-escalation tactics
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced call center environment
- Adapt to an ever changing environment
- Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable
- 1 year of customer service call center experience
