Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Collections Specialist in Georgetown.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Refering calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
- Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
- Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account
Position Requirements Include:
- Must attend Privacy and Security Training as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
- Must maintain minimum production and quality standards
