A healthcare staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Patient Coordinator in Lansing.

Must be able to:

• Act as the first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance
• Build immediate trust, provides compassion, and empathy with customized scripting

Qualifications Include:

• Must attend Paid Training for a 2-week period
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key information by the patient
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
