A physician-led healthcare staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Coordinator in Spartanburg.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance and support from their Doctor
- Building immediate trust, providing compassion, and empathy with customized scripting to document what is needed before a Nurse speaks with the patient
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to start on 3/10/2021
- Ability to accommodate some weekend commitment
- Ability to defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
- Ability to handle confidential information
