Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Coordinator in Spartanburg.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Serving as the first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance and support from their Doctor
Building immediate trust, providing compassion, and empathy with customized scripting to document what is needed before a Nurse speaks with the patient

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience
Ability to start on 3/10/2021
Ability to accommodate some weekend commitment
Ability to defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
Ability to handle confidential information
