Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Customer Service Specialist in the Manitowoc Area.
Must be able to:
- Take payments using our client's payment portals
- Make outbound phone calls and take inbound calls from patients
- Note each phone call and conversation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Be onsite approximately 60 days for the training program
- Ability to type 45 words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- High Speed Internet is required
