Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Patient Engagement Strategy Access Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving Site and Patient relationship initiatives in their assigned area or region
  • Leading the development of process improvement strategies for internal and external focus
  • Serving as the Catalyst Site Relationship Manager as business needs dictate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimal travel may be required (up to 50%)
  • Extensive experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, contract research organization
  • BA/BS in life sciences, health care, information technology, business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge application of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
  • Evidence of the ability to understand, interpret and provide direction to staff on GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines; clinical protocols and associated study specifications
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based systems, voicemail, e-mail and Internet
