Job Summary
A provider of patient experience solutions is in need of a Telecommute Patient Experience Advisor in the Atlanta Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving targeted improvements in patient experience and customer service
- Applying proven quality and improvement strategies and methodologies
- Conducting virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions for clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to be onsite approximately 35% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5-8 years of healthcare experience
- Demonstrated achievement of healthcare quality management and process improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Web Conferencing
- Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers
