Job Summary

A provider of patient experience solutions is in need of a Telecommute Patient Experience Advisor in the Atlanta Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving targeted improvements in patient experience and customer service
  • Applying proven quality and improvement strategies and methodologies
  • Conducting virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions for clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to be onsite approximately 35% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5-8 years of healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated achievement of healthcare quality management and process improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Web Conferencing
  • Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers
