Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Patient Experience Improvement Service Advisor in the Tampa Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions
  • Identifying the appropriate owner and stakeholders within the client organization for improving the patient experience
  • Guiding and obtaining support from client leadership to achieve targeted improvements in patient experience

Required Skills:
