Job Summary
A consulting company is seeking a Remote Patient Experience Improvement Services Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving targeted improvements in patient experience and customer service
- Establishing rapport and credibility and maintains relationships with key contacts
- Assisting client in identifying the cause of low performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Conducts virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions (35% of the time)
- 5 - 8 years of healthcare experience
- Ability to demonstrate value to various key account contacts
- Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers
- Superior problem-solving ability
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
