Job Summary

A consulting company is seeking a Remote Patient Experience Improvement Services Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Achieving targeted improvements in patient experience and customer service
  • Establishing rapport and credibility and maintains relationships with key contacts
  • Assisting client in identifying the cause of low performance

Position Requirements Include:

  • Conducts virtual and in-person workshops and education sessions (35% of the time)
  • 5 - 8 years of healthcare experience
  • Ability to demonstrate value to various key account contacts
  • Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers
  • Superior problem-solving ability
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
