Job Summary
A healthcare network is filling a position for a Telecommute Patient Financial Navigator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that each patient has a complete and accurate OSF medical record
- Educating and supporting the patient on their financial options
- Assisting the patient who has questions on an existing bill or invoice
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience of 2 years in a healthcare or public health setting
- Experience with patient finance, insurance benefits, financial assistance programs, call center, public health, etc
- One year experience with customer service/relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
