Job Summary
A home health, personal, and hospice care provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Patient Services Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly clinician schedules
- Ensure patients assessment visits including all Oasis visits are scheduled and performed timely
- Ensure clinicians are assigned and scheduled in most efficient geography
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of RN experience
- 1 year of direct patient care experience in home health
- One (1+) year of administrative experience in a healthcare environment
