Job Summary

A pharmaceutical logistics company has an open position for a Telecommute Patient Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Determining support programs per Copay, Patient Assistance Program, Medicaid, and more
  • Researching and resolving any claim denials or underpayment of claims
  • Works with patient, provider, or internal shared services to ensure all necessary documentation is compliant

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED required; A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
  • General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
