Job Summary
A pharmaceutical logistics company has an open position for a Telecommute Patient Services Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining support programs per Copay, Patient Assistance Program, Medicaid, and more
- Researching and resolving any claim denials or underpayment of claims
- Works with patient, provider, or internal shared services to ensure all necessary documentation is compliant
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED required; A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
