A cloud-based technology software solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Patient Success Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating with customer’s daily either before and/or after a sale
  • Handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment
  • Creating and/or maintaining client account records

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 1 years of related experience
  • Has broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day to day situations
  • Will generally only require instructions on new assignments
