A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Support Manager in Indianapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing daily activities
- Supporting appropriate patient access to company products
- Reviewing appropriate billing and coding for products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Provide field-based support
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years of experience in public or private third-party reimbursement
- General payer policy knowledge
- Practice management, billing and/or coding experience
