Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Payment Integrity Ideation Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Influencing senior leadership to adopt new ideas, approaches, and / or products
• Participating in analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work
• Identifying savings initiatives that drive specific and measurable results for assigned clients

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel 25% of the time
• 2 years of experience working with Facility claims
• Strong computer skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Highly collaborative and consultative style with ability to establish credibility quickly with all levels of management
• 3 years of experience auditing, billing, and / or coding claims
