Job Summary

A company that develops a payment cycle management platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Payment Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead frontline support for internal and external customers for ACH and Product related treasury
  • Manage manual funds movement and reconciliation tasks
  • Lead efforts to automate all processes associated with new customer onboarding

Required Skills:

  • Experience in financial operations, payment operations or treasury operations roles
  • Ability to monitor and manage daily cash process, initiate payment transactions, and coordinate settlements
  • Experience in customer facing role, with focus on ownership and problem resolution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to function at a detailed project management level without losing sight of business strategy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
