Job Summary
A company that develops a payment cycle management platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Payment Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead frontline support for internal and external customers for ACH and Product related treasury
- Manage manual funds movement and reconciliation tasks
- Lead efforts to automate all processes associated with new customer onboarding
Required Skills:
- Experience in financial operations, payment operations or treasury operations roles
- Ability to monitor and manage daily cash process, initiate payment transactions, and coordinate settlements
- Experience in customer facing role, with focus on ownership and problem resolution
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven attitude
- Ability to function at a detailed project management level without losing sight of business strategy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
