Telecommute Payments Director

Job Summary

A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Payments Director.

Must be able to:

• Oversee the daily reconciliation and settlement operations of global payment system
• Manage a working group of finance associates and client services team members
• Build world-class reconciliation operations to improve our real-time balances

Required Skills:

• A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics
• 5+ years of experience managing settlement at a credit card program, neobank, or large institution
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Critical thinking abilities and strong time management skills to manage multiple deadlines/projects
• Ability to work independently and interact with multiple departments with different backgrounds
• A demonstrable willingness to learn and develop over your career
