Job Summary

A pure play payments technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Payments Onboarding Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Validating order paperwork is accurate and complete
Coordinating “kickoff” meeting with merchants to confirm implementation project work a
Answering questions regarding the onboarding process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite Applications
Self-starting personality
Ability to identify problems and process gaps, solve for same, and present facts and recommended solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Write precise, detailed, clear emails with good grammar
Be very client-focused, delivering amazing experiences to our clients and teams
