Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Payor Portfolio Product Strategy Senior Director in Eden Prairie.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and developing new product offerings to drive and execute on strategy with value creation for the industry as well as positioning company’s product suite to benefit our clients
- Evaluating market feedback to ensure product advancement and lifecycle will continue to maximize opportunities and deliver desired customer and user experience
- Identifying best-of-breed companies as potential partners and/or acquisition targets to elevate company’s processes and product offerings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of work experience
- 5+ years of success of bringing healthcare products to market, leading teams, creating industry/market collaboration, expanding a P&L for growth and sustainability
- 5+ years of cross-functional knowledge (Product Development, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Strategy, M&A)
- 5+ years of progressive business management career progression in B2B, Direct to Consumer product development, launch, and management
- 5+ years of product management and/or market development or equivalent experience
- Ability to establish a strategic roadmap for new product offerings, including new product concepts, extensions and building on existing solutions
