Telecommute Payroll and Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

An architecture, engineering, geospatial, and strategic consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Payroll and Benefits Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support due diligence of benefits and 401K plans prior to acquisition and ensure proper audits and reporting of 401k plan detail
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reported data
• Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
• 5  years of experience in payroll and benefits processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
