A staffing agency that serves the accounting and financing industries has an open position for a Telecommute Payroll Coordinator in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and processing bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and occasional off-cycle payroll
- Communicating with payroll provider to ensure all proper payroll processing and compliance is being followed
- Preparing, processing, and reviewing all employee W-2s
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related business
- At least 5 or more years of working payroll experience
- Ability to assist in global audits and statutory audits
