Job Summary

A health and wellness company is in need of a Telecommute Payroll Coordinator in Franklin.

Must be able to:

  • Support collection, consolidation, and tracking of data related to Nurse Practitioner management and payment
  • Collaborate with Clinical Services on updates to clinical processes (e.g. staffing, training)
  • Coordinate communication and activities that are shared across varying functional areas

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of proven experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g. Paycom)
  • An analytical mind with good math skills
  • Intermediate to Expert level user of MS Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
