Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Payroll Data and Technology Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and enhancing payroll data management practices
- Identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities
- Creating problem and impact analyses, risk mitigation strategies, build business cases and prepare recommendations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 15 + years work experience in financial services, managing teams with direct and matrixed team members
- Proven record of assessing, implementing and managing enabling technologies, partnering with external vendors to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Proven record of assessing, implementing and managing enabling technologies, partnering with external vendors to deliver integrated solutions to clients
- Experience in developing and delivering reports/presentations to senior management outlining gaps, benefits, status, issues, and recommendations
- Ability to consult with business partners to determine optimal operating models
