Job Summary

A staffing and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting analysis, design, configuration and testing for change requests of Vantage clients in a multi-service environment
  • Participating in client meetings to capture requirements and provide business analysis
  • Formulating systems scope and objectives and providing solutions to business problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel: 25% or less
  • BA/BS degree OR technical training equivalent OR an equivalent in education and/or experience required
  • Regularly provides guidance to and assists in training less experienced analysts
  • 5-7 years as a consultant or developer
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations for taxation and employee benefits
  • All other technical requirements necessary for this position
