Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Payroll Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible for the processing of bi-weekly payrolls for 400+ employees using Zenefits
  • Registering various state and local payroll and related withholding accounts and respond to notices received
  • Supporting and participating in evaluation of payroll systems and any upgrades/migrations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; CPP preferred
  • 3-5 years of hands-on payroll experience of multi-state US payroll for 400+ employees
  • Significant understanding of payroll processing for both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, interpersonal skill
  • Possess a teamwork orientation and also be able to work independently
