Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Payroll Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing processes and procedures to consistently deliver high-quality output on time
  • Conduct industry research through working directly with clients and prospects
  • Advocating for new product features

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in HCM, ideally Payroll and Human Resources experience
  • Experience with Agile / SCRUM product development methodologies
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion
  • Thorough knowledge of global payroll, payroll processes, and government regulations
