Telecommute Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute Payroll Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a clear understanding of the philosophies by which the company operates
• Process New Hires, Rehires, LOA, LOA Returns, and Terminations
• Process Payroll Weekly and according to the tight deadline schedule

Required Skills:

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years payroll processing experience in an environment with 500+ employees
• ADP Workforce Now is a requirement
• JDE (JD Edwards Software) or Oracle ERP experience
• Experience in multistate fast-paced environment
