Job Summary
A web development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Payroll Wrangler.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling all employee record updates ensuring changes are entered correctly and on time
- Ensuring proper flow of employee data and classification
- Serving as a subject matter expert on payroll issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 3-4 weeks per year for company meetups and related activities
- Ability to prepare and process semi-monthly and monthly payrolls in accordance with all payroll schedules globally
- Strong payroll related data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to lead all calendar year-end activities to ensure accurate issuance of W2 statements
