Job Summary

An information services and solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommute PC Desktop Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer workstations, printers and software
  • Assisting server administrators in maintaining the LAN/WAN and server systems
  • Providing on-call support outside of normal business hours

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop, Laptop, Network Printer and LAN/WAN experience
  • Bachelors and 3+ years experience, or 11 years of equivalent work experience
  • Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2010/13, Outlook, IE, and Active Directory knowledge
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network printer configuration
