Job Summary
An information services and solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommute PC Desktop Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer workstations, printers and software
- Assisting server administrators in maintaining the LAN/WAN and server systems
- Providing on-call support outside of normal business hours
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Microsoft Windows Desktop, Laptop, Network Printer and LAN/WAN experience
- Bachelors and 3+ years experience, or 11 years of equivalent work experience
- Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2010/13, Outlook, IE, and Active Directory knowledge
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network printer configuration
