Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Pediatric Care Management Manager.

Must be able to:

• Supervise Care Management Teams (which includes RN’s, Social Workers, and Coordinators)
• Coordinate appropriate services and care management to members
• Assist in analyzing reviews, metric data, and PHI audits and making improvements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Associate’s degree
• NYS RN or LMSW or LCSW
• CCM certification
• Supervisory or training experience
• Relevant clinical work experience
• Knowledge of member satisfaction/incident management and regulations
