Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Pediatric Healthcare Procedure Scheduler.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating and managing the physician schedules
- Scheduling office based procedures, outpatient surgery, laboratory, radiology, and inpatient services
- Working with systems, physicians and team members to appropriately schedule complex services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to coordinate the scheduling of procedures
- Comfortable working with ancillary departments while simultaneously synchronizing services with families
- Proficient at facilitating the timely completion of scheduling requests from physicians
- Able to request medical records as needed for completion of services.
- Able to act as a back up to office based schedulers
