Job Summary
A digital recovery platform is filling a position for a Telecommute Peer Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Running a 60 minute group call per week for members of our 50+ community
- Monitoring social network activity among 50+ members
- Initiating discussion and encourage participation in virtual group space
Qualifications for this position include:
- Group facilitation experience and demonstrated leadership skills
- Participation in a Tempest or Hip Sobriety school as a Community Supporter or equivalent experience
- Passionate about recovery from alcohol and committed to delivering innovative solutions
- Experience working on a team across multiple disciplines
- Exceptional balance of listening, talking, and encouraging participation
- Easy to approach and talk to, able to put others at ease, warm, pleasant and gracious
