Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Peer Support Specialist in St. Louis.
Must be able to:
- Create and assist the implementation of training and education programs
- Assist consumers who are dealing with complex and difficult issues
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 50% of the time; access to reliable transportation
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Orchestrate and attend two evening member events per month
- 6+ months utilizing the principles of recovery in a professional setting
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Certified Peer Specialist license or 3+ years of related experience
