Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Peer to Peer Fundraising Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing supervision and leadership to the national peer-to-peer fundraising team
- Developing and submitting annual fundraising plans and revenue/expense budgets
- Serving as internal champion for peer-to-peer programs across organization
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in peer-to-peer fundraising and relationship management
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High capacity to assess the value, importance, and/or quality of activities and people
