A software company is in need of a Telecommute People Analytics and Workforce Planning Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving workforce planning effort through creation and maintenance of our strategy
- Prioritizing needs, drive results, raise quality, and build infrastructure
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical and/or managerial role within HR, preferably in People Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in workforce planning
- Certification or 2+ years of experience working with a BI tool
