A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute People and Culture Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing government compliance reporting, as applicable
- Overseeing the annual renewal or bid process
- Ensuring health and safety/compliance legislation is complied
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in a management position
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge and experience in employment laws
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including payroll, compensation and benefits
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
