A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute People and Culture Generalist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
- Maintaining accurate data within all internal and external benefit system s and reconcile monthly benefit invoices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2- 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field OR equivalent and relative work experience
- Knowledge and proven understanding of applicable state leave laws
- Understanding of current payroll and benefits laws and regulations
- Multitasking, Organization and Detail Oriented
- Ethical handling of confidential information and documents
