Job Summary
A transformative thinking solutions provider is in need of a Telecommute People and Talent Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying the roles and capabilities we’ll need in the future
- Continuously improving our performance management approach
- Developing and executing learning and development plans for team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel when needed, and a few times each year for team activities/meetings
- 3-5 years prior experience in a Talent Management or People Ops role
- Advanced capabilities in how technology is transforming HR
- Experience integrating people analytics data from multiple sources
- Proven ability to communicate and influence individuals at all levels
- Experience working in a mobile/remote environment with global teams
