Job Summary

A transformative thinking solutions provider is in need of a Telecommute People and Talent Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying the roles and capabilities we’ll need in the future
  • Continuously improving our performance management approach
  • Developing and executing learning and development plans for team members

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel when needed, and a few times each year for team activities/meetings
  • 3-5 years prior experience in a Talent Management or People Ops role
  • Advanced capabilities in how technology is transforming HR
  • Experience integrating people analytics data from multiple sources
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence individuals at all levels
  • Experience working in a mobile/remote environment with global teams
