Job Summary
A Finance and HR Transformation consultancy has an open position for a Telecommute People Development Program Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding communications goals and implementing engaging and creative messaging solutions
- Planning and executing specialized communications rollouts and strategies
- Influencing and assisting in creating executive internal announcements, communications and presentations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s with two to five years of progressive work experience with a heavy focus on communications
- 2-3 years of experience developing and supporting communication strategies
- Ability to work effectively across many functions to influence, manage, and drive communications narratives
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity
- Superb verbal and written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Exudes a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and change priorities when necessary
