A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute People Operations and Total Rewards Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a Total Rewards and People Operations team
  • Developing and implementing a forward-thinking Total Rewards and People Operations strategy
  • Leading our efforts to mature our HR systems and processes

Required Skills:

  • Successful track record building, growing, and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
  • Providing coaching and authentic leadership to develop a psychologically safe, highly motivated team
  • A strong technical skill set, which includes: a solid understanding of stock options, RSUs, and other equity offerings
  • Experience building and running compensation programs such as merit and equity refresh
  • Analytically driven
