Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing the HR digital roadmap to enhance the employee experience
- Owning HR systems
- Serving as the primary liaison with our HR vendor
Position Requirements Include:
- 6 + years experience in HR operations
- Experience in HR strategy, employee relations, labor laws compliance, benefits, workforce planning and HR best practices
- Track record of setting ambitious equity centered People Operations (POPs) goals and meeting those goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice
- Extraordinary judgment skills
