Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing the HR digital roadmap to enhance the employee experience
• Owning HR systems
• Serving as the primary liaison with our HR vendor

Position Requirements Include:

• 6 + years experience in HR operations
• Experience in HR strategy, employee relations, labor laws compliance, benefits, workforce planning and HR best practices
• Track record of setting ambitious equity centered People Operations (POPs) goals and meeting those goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice
• Extraordinary judgment skills
