Job Summary

A education nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute People Operations Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing compensation survey databases and annual/ad hoc salary benchmarking
  • Supporting consistent policy implementation and assist with necessary compensation updates
  • Conducting data analysis to evaluate total rewards program

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years compensation experience
  • Prior experience with Workday HCM
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation and employment laws
  • Experience providing technical leadership, development, and cultivation to staff and team members
