Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing education and guidance to employees and management on HR systems, processes, and policies
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, workflow configuration, data entry, reports, access, and permissions
  • Developing employee guidebook and communications incorporating materials available on wiki, HRIS, Box, etc

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or People Operations partner
  • Knowledge and experience with US labor law, federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in start-up, high growth technology companies, preferably with global presence
  • Strong HR systems experience/administration and knowledge including experience implementing new vendors and platforms
