Job Summary
A boutique digital marketing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute People Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning documentation including creating contracts & offers, onboarding and offboarding coordination, etc
- Assisting with talent acquisition as needed
- Being accountable for HRIS data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Previous experience (3+ years) working in or recruiting for technical or digital marketing positions
- You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-Savvy
- Experience hiring a wide variety of roles across both tech and non-tech, as well as a broad scope of role seniority
